Refund Policy

We appreciate your order/s however due to the personalization of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double check your order is correct before you finalize it. 

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

No returns/exchanges/cancellations will be accepted unless it is the sells fault such as wrong color, item or font after we have agreed on website listing or invoice. My products are made to order with either screen print, sublimation, embroidery, or direct to film. If there is an error on my part please contact me via email: apopofdaisybyamy@gmail.com. 

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. If you order the incorrect size, you may submit for an exchange, however, the buyer pays the fee to mail back the item. Size charts are available for all items -t-shirts, long sleeves and sweatshirts. Boutique items will have size charts posted with the online listing. 

Damages and issues: If your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me immediately (within 48 hours) at  apopofdaisybyamy@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.  

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was accepted. If approved, you will be issued a shoppe credit for the amount you paid for the item.
